Why 4 Lane Cribbage Boards

We are often asked why all of the Cribbage boards we make have 4 lanes. Here are some of the reasons why.

Having more than the usual 3 lanes gives you more options if you want to play a game with a large number of players.

When playing with 4 players, instead of playing 2 teams of 2 players you can now do 4 individuals players.

This also gives you the options for play with a large number of players like 8 players and have 4 teams of 2 players.
